100plo - set in 3 bet pot on very bad runout, call river jam?
BB: $201.91 (Hero)
HJ: $56.44
CO: $135.28
BN: $253.55
HJ folds, CO folds, BN folds, SB calls $0.50, Hero raises to $3, SB raises to $9, Hero calls $6
Villain is a very aggressive regular, also very good, playing 47/32/21 over 500 hands.
Preflop I can't see much else being the best play, We could 4 bet but given we have position and bad kings i prefer calling, I could be convinced otherwise though.
On the flop we crush the deck so hard I think we're better off giving him rope and either calling turn as well or jamming over bets on bad cards like the Qd, Jd, Th etc
Turn we're obviously never folding but does anyone prefer a jam instead of a call here? If we jam I think our hand looks a lot like AK and given we block clubs there isn't much for villain to call with, AK, 35, 44 and 22 will call, but given the action and the cards we have I think those hands are a very small part of his range.
River is obviously not the best. Does anybody fold here? I think he's jamming, AA, JT, 35 and probably any set for value. Against his value range of 21%:(AA, JT, 35, 22, 44, QQ) we only have 20%. Thrown in AK as well and we have 33% which makes it a call. We are also very near the top of our range. The only better hand I see us having here is some KJTxcc hand that backdoored a straight. Thoughts?
