I think a pretty standard 3 bet preflop, nothing more to say really.

Hero checks,
BN checks
Flop is obviously horrible for our range and good for villians range so I check. With our gutshot should we be check calling, with something like AAKQ it's much more of a check/fold but does having the 4 nut outs and 1 BDFD make this a check call? Perhaps a check/fold vs tight players and a check/call against aggro players?

On the turn and river what is the best line to get value? I think checking the turn is standard as it is now REALLY bad for our range, good for villians range and he will likely bet any hand that is 2pr+ for value or protection against something like AhAXhX. If he has air he should also stab imo. I think most villians are betting this turn close to 100% when checked to twice.
Once he bets, do we raise or just call? If we raise what sizing is best? Pot to make it look like we have hearts? Or smaller to keep in a lot of his weaker hands?

Do we just jam this river? I don't think he has a T at this point as he would have likely jammed the turn imo. The flush draw missed so he can have that but I'm not sure if he will bluff with it as our hand looks like a straight a lot of the time. Do we just jam and hope he calls with worse with about a 65% PSB left, or do we check and hope to induce a bluff?
