€100PLO - Light VB OTR

Sorry for the lack of converting, I've tried everything but can't get it to work. I play on microgaming, and use HM2, so if anyone knows how to do it, please tell me!

First of, the openraiser / the third guy in the pot is a huge drooler, playing 74/43 over 165 hands, folding to cbets only 33%. This has implications for the regulars range, I think.

The regular plays 25 / 13 over only 61 hands. He's new to me, but is sitting on several of the tables.
3bet 0%, fold 2 3bet 0%, but this might be biased because of the drooler at the table.

MP: $100 (100 bb)
CO: $163.41 (163.4 bb)
Hero (BTN): $242.95 (243 bb)
SB: $309.14 (309.1 bb)
BB: $100 (100 bb)
UTG: $136.28 (136.3 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BTN with Td 8d Tc As
2 folds, CO raises to $3.50, Hero calls $3.50, SB folds, BB calls $2.50

Flop: ($11) 7h Kd Th (3 players)
BB checks, CO checks, Hero bets $8, BB calls $8, CO folds

Turn: ($27) Kh (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $13.50, BB calls $13.50

River: ($54) Jd (2 players)
BB checks, Hero is considering a light valuebet.

I think villain raises KK**, KT** (and many of these will be like AKT*, because of his tightness), on the flop. I'm not sure how he plays K7** or 77**, but we beat the latter, so we're only concerned with K7**.

So do you think he'll call enough with worse, what sizing do you use OTT/OTR?

I would valuebet any day in this spot!

BB will call, with flushes, AKQx,KQ98 since his range is so wide there are some Kxxx combo's that will call. Villain might think his flush looks pretty and pay u off.

If villain has AKQJ it really sucks, but that is just small portion of his range. HERO blocks KTxx combo's.

I would bet ~32$. I would like to see a bigger turn bet.

Interesting, would "we" call river with a flush if the roles were reversed? I doubt I'm betting both turn and river with a flush myself here in this spot, so I think (not sure) calling with a flush for him OTR would be a mistake.

Does this in turn mean I'm simply valuebetting not thinly enough OTR in general?

I would also bet bigger on the turn and value-bet the river. Sure, it sucks when we get raised, but given the guy is playing a load of tables, you can fold with near 100% confidence that he isn't doing something weird and simply has you. Given we're looking for hero-calls, I would suggest betting somewhere around half pot as opposed to going huge (I think a reg snap-folds most hands we beat to a pot-sized river bet).
