I'd play my hand for what it is and fold turn cause in case it's blank river he's probably betting again with his KK+fdraw and and against KT we've got terrible equity. But you can go call call if he pulls off big bluffs from time to time. But really nothing, NOTHING in poker is more tilting than paying off a nit. Always puts me off my game.

Folding turn is fine imo. You really only have KKxx beat. Checking flop and calling the turn when it is a club, A or Q and jamming if you hit your straight (freeroll his straight w/ your FH outs) seems like a decent plan.

As played, please fold. The nit isn't bluffing enough for you to think about making this call. He could be comfortably value betting a set or straight here and its ambitious to think he is bluffing with missed spades (KKxx is the only thing a nit would barrell off here as a bluff imo)

I think you can bet the flop.  You have tons of AA and KT in your range, so I doubt you will get bluff raised.  It's true that they shouldn't have a ton of worse hands to call your c-bet with, but I think AJ/QJ might call one bet (lots of QJ have some draws too), and sometimes rundowns like JT98 too.

3bet pre isnt standard i would say but i dont mind it from an loose agressive player. Flop I would cbet because it is very unlikely you get bluff raised when the board smashes your 3betting range! By checking flop you are also capping your range so good players will be able to attack turn and river cuz your range is capped!

As played just fold turn vs. nit! you have very bad equity vs KT or QQ hands.
