100 PLO - ugly spot with bottom set on dry board oop - Strategy question

BB: $103.75
UTG: $100
HJ: $230.55 (Hero)
CO: $101
BN: $207.30
SB: $100.50
Preflop ($1.50) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt J 5 A 5
UTG folds, Hero raises to $3.50, CO calls $3.50, BN folds, SB folds, BB folds
Flop ($8.50) 5 7 K (2 Players)
Hero bets $6, CO raises to $18.55

V is playing 27 20 9 with Raise Cbet Flop of 30.

Obv we have different kind of opponents so we need different approaches. We have villains that bluff raise this kind of flops a lot, others just raise only with a set, some play their wraps aggressively. How should we construct our strategy on dry K and Q high flops with bottom and mid sets. Also any differences between our in and oop strategy?
