$100 plo, a somewhat common turn spot

BN: $106.78
SB: $176.68
BB: $174.11
UTG: $100
HJ: $100 (Hero)
CO: $100
Preflop ($1.50) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt 5 T J A
UTG folds, Hero raises to $3, CO folds, BN calls $3, SB folds, BB calls $2
BB = 36/22/8, aggro reg
BTN = 23/11/3, tight reg
Flop ($9.50) 7 5 A (3 Players)
BB checks, Hero bets $9.07, BN folds, BB calls $9.07
I didn't mean to bet this large, but don't think that matters a lot. When BB calls, he can have a lot of Ax + draws that we are ahead of. I think he would x/r A7 or better quite often, if not always. I expect him to x/r good draws, such as AcKcxx, 75 + oesd/wrap, etc.
Turn ($27.64) 7 5 A 3 (2 Players)
BB checks
SPR is 3.2 ish.

This is a spot that comes up quite often, and I think betting here is mandatory for value and protection. At the same time, this guy is quite aggro and I felt like he can x/r a lot in this spot. For that reason, I don't like bet/folding. However, bet/calling seems a bit too ambitious. And if we check back, there are like a million cards that can hit draws and he can pot into us with a wide range, when our range is clearly capped.

That said, how would you play our hand?

And how would you play our range? What would be the strongest made hand that we check back? How about draws like 9876 (pair + wrap), AKcc (TP + NFD) or AKTc4c (TP + weak FD + double gutter)?

(I gave some thoughts to my flop play too - I tend to c-bet quite a lot on A-high board, and as a result I can end up with a fairly weak/marginal range on lots of turn cards. However, I don't think I can check our actual hand on this flop. Maybe I can check back some more draws instead.)

Thanks in advance.
