With a decent amount still left to play, I chose to bet this flop with the plan of barreling club and heart turns as well as the unlikely Q turn.

Basically against a flop calling range would it be better to bet/call, check/call, check/raise?
I am unsure of how much of villains range that flats the flop is betting the turn when checked to. Also, is it a disaster if the turn gets checked through?
