$0.10/0.25 | Calling vs. raising with huge hand against 3-bettor

Blinds: $0.10/$0.25 (6 Players) SB: $31.90
BB: $32.24
UTG: $27.27
MP: $19.43
CO: $55.89 (Hero)
BN: $25.00
Preflop ($0.35) Hero is CO with 6 A 8 A
2 folds, Hero raises to $0.85, 2 folds, BB raises to $2.65, Hero calls $1.80
Flop ($5.40) 7 3 9
BB bets $3.80, Hero raises to $8.00, BB folds

I decided to just call the 3-bet with non-premium aces. We're slightly deeper and the 3-bet is less than pot size.

The flop is huge for me but I'm interested in how to play my range in this spot. Villain actually is a good regular so I have to move away from a totally exploitative strategy in this spot anyway.

I still have trouble deciding these things in-play. Should I raise this hand on the flop because it is just so good and I crush his continuing range? Or should I just call to give him another chance to barrel which I can always continue against? His 3-bet from the BB is 6% so this is not a board he is going to hit well enough to get it in too often (something which I wasn't thinking of in-play). Looking at it now I'm more inclined to raise hands that benefit from fold equity (say AK76 which the nutflush draw) or protection (7765). What about bare 99 (for example 99KKr) and 99T8 with a flush draw?

Please no comments along the lines of 'this is PLO25 so don't worry about balance'. I'm really interested in constructing my range here.

Thanks!
