SNGs 180 players (Micro stakes) Weird Pre-flop All-in

1$ NL Hold'em SNG 180 players

We are early in the tournament, blinds are 15/30

UTG : 1319 (just lost a hand and seams to be a little tilted)
UTG 1 (me) : 1369
LJ : 1308
HJ : 2370
CO : 1476
BN : 2033
SB : 1412
BB : 2136

I'm holding TcTd on UTG 1 position, UTG bet 1319 and is All-in, UTG 1 (me) raise to 1369 and is All-in, everybody else folds

Flop : 9h 8c 9d

Turn : Js

River : Ks

UTG shows Kd3c and win the pot ...

My question is, am I suppose to fold TT here or calling was a good move and I just got unlucky ?

It's bad for me, 45BBs to win a hand in the UTG with TT. You have a great stack and can be work to win other situations easily than that. I believe JJ+ you can do this, but with TT- it's weak, the TT don't play very well how we like it. The player tilted can be shove every hand if he are tilt, but what kind of hand you are winning in a large percentage?
