I'm really not a fan of Online Poker anymore, but I realise its a necessarily evil to improve in live play.

The smallest game in London is £1/£2 which is pretty big for my bankroll, I'd much rather learn online and improve by playing online in smaller stakes first.

Just looking for recommendations on what to study on RIO to help[ improve my live game overall as I understand they play pretty differently (I also have all the courses but haven't been through them yet)

Any advice much appreciated!
