A mixed game winning player opens a wide range from CO and a semi-fish calls behind (might be a 843 or sth, not stronger though)

Is a tri752 usually a 3bet out of the smallblind or should we peel one because we have bad position?
(We don't know if our opponents might PAT-bluff often to get us off our hand)
