2/5 Weird Turn Spot

First of all, I'm a new member and this is my first post here.  I'm really excited to start posting more and more.

This spot came up last night and I just marked it down and moved on. Afterwards it started to perplex me and now I'm in full blown confusion about it.

Villain is an older asian guy who has obviously played his fair share of poker. He understands what he's doing and doesn't make any big mistakes. We played a hand an hour ago where I raised him on the river and he folded. You could tell it lingered in his mind for a little while after.

Hero MP1 AsJh raise to 20 1k eff.
V calls on BTN
Flop (42) 522cc
Hero bets 25
V calls
Turn (91) Jd
Hero bets 50
V slides out a stack of red and raises to 100
Hero?

What does everyone think of my sizing ott? Does anyone see any merit in checking the turn to disguise my hand and get further value on the river? Or is giving all the flush draws a free card criminal? What about Betting $40 ott to make sure you get called by all single pair hands?

Thanks in advance everyone.
