against reg best hand to double barrel and trippel on most runouts (not sure if i would have trippled on this runout against regs).
against fish i am not even sure if we want to cbet this board when he never folds flop.
he seems more like the passive guy who will not barrel us off our equity frequently, but call down frequently.
that being said, as played mandatory bluff on the T and for me a give up on R

If I would make a 2d barrel I would go bigger than 49%.

u played it good, playing this the exact same way vs any reasonable opponent.

I think a flop cbet is good but I agree with above that I would start to bet bigger on this turn to put more pressure on villain's one pair hands. As played vs a fish I would give up and vs a reg I might barrel off but it depends on what I think of the reg. Some still have a hard time folding in these spots.
