ZOOM100- fold an overpair on the turn?

BN: $100
SB: $152.76
BB: $120.13
UTG: $112.98
HJ: $100
CO: $144.80 (Hero)
Preflop ($1.50) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt Q Q
UTG folds, HJ folds, Hero raises to $2.50, BN folds, SB raises to $10, BB folds, Hero calls $7.50
He's a nitty reg 18/13 and 3bets 5% on this positions.
Flop ($21.50) T 5 J (2 Players)
SB bets $15.04, Hero calls $15.04
Turn ($51.58) T 5 J 6 (2 Players)
SB bets $28
He's very passive on the river. His Agg% is 16. He's also passive on the turn- 24% Agg%.
Does it justify a call here?

me 28.04% 26.76% 1.28% QdQs
villain 71.96% 70.67% 1.28% JJ+, AhKh, AhQh, KhQh, AhKd, AhKs, AhKc, AsKh, AcKh, AhQd, AhQs, AhQc, AsQh, AcQh, KdQh, KhQd, KhQs, KhQc, KsQh, KcQh

I guess a fact that's he's not gonna bluff the river is quite advantageous.

On this street we are 120bb deep effectively.

I have made some calculations and realised that it's ~BE to ship here AhJd (assuming he's folding some AA-QQ). I had a discussion with my friend about what is an optimal way to play that hand.

My questions:

1) How do you play QdQs as I have in the hand?

2) How do you play QQ with a Qh? Is there any merit in shipping? I believe there is not since he's calling KK+ with a heart and not folding 100% of KK+ without a heart. Is that reasonable? He's got high Won at SD so I guess he'd be folding AhKx or AhQx to the shove right?

3) How to you play AhJx on the turn?
