Zoom NL50 JJ postflop trouble in 3bet pot

Blinds: $0.25/$0.50 (6 Players) BN: $301.70
SB: $83.90
BB: $52.76 (Hero)
UTG: $30.70
MP: $104.60
CO: $76.26
Preflop ($0.75) Hero is BB with J J
2 folds, CO raises to $1.50, BN folds, SB calls $1.25, Hero raises to $6.00, CO calls $4.50, SB folds
I think squeeze is standard.
CO stats: 23/15, wts/wsd/wwsf 24/57/40
RFI CO 20, CO fold to 3bet IP 53, 4bet CO 5.
Postflop folds in this situation are 44/53/67

So my general opinion is that he is straightforward, somewhat loose and non-aggro.
Flop ($13.50) 5 6 T
Hero bets $6.44, CO calls $6.44
Im not sure about my betsizing, but board is dry and he might have lot of pocket combos in his range, also I dont want to bet big against his A-high (especially with my KK-AA range).
I think betsize is little bit rushed out, but OK.
Turn ($26.38) 5 6 T 8
Hero bets $12.59, CO calls $12.59
Turn bet against 77-99, some T and FD if he calls lets say AsQs on flop.
River ($51.56) 5 6 T 8 A
Hero checks, CO checks
Shutting down on this river.
Final Pot BB lost and shows a pair of Jacks.
CO wins and shows a pair of Kings.
CO wins $49.24
Rake is $2.32

What do you think? Should I check flop or turn, also your thought on betsizing?

Seems wp, checking flop/turn is pretty bad imo since he can call with plenty of worse hands on both flop/turn+most of his hands that do stab will call your bet anyways. I also expect him to check back a good portion of his overcard hands so it's nice not to let him realize equity for free with that portion of his range.

Turn is very tough, because villain can have all the sets, and we can't have any of the sets. I would probably just check here, because if we bet, villain has a great spot to raise us and we're fucked. Villain has tons of nuts in his range, I would play my range passively and carefully.

Then again, it's NL50, he probably doesn't have a clue. Bet is fine, versus a better player I'd check for sure.

I like to bet flop most of the time, but we can check too. I'm probably betting like 85% of the time. Reads obviously affecting the decision.

I'd potentially check flop or bet smaller given that villain can have all sets here and we only have 1010 along with the fact that our squeezing range is probably fairly high card heavy on this board and he has a bunch of the mid pairs. Checking the flop also protects our AK type combos from getting run over on this board. Once we do bet the flop and get to the turn I'd definitely check. On this turn villain picks up more combos of sets, his bluff catchers pick up equity and I honestly doubt this player has much 10x in his range once he calls the 3 bet.

Very interesting situation and comments also.
What do you think about a preflop cold call?
I mean, as James say, this flop/turn is not the best for getting value. But! a Q/K/A high board texture is also not good I think.
Actually offsuit broadways, sc-s, Axs are better for squeezing, aren't they?

I definitely think that we should be squeezing in this spot. We can get value from the CO, pick up the pot pre flop or play a pot with the SB where he's pretty capped/defined.
