Its easy fold? On which hand would you call here, also if turn hit Xclub card.

It begins with preflop (not judging your open I think it´s too lose, but let´s ignore it). CO 3-bets you - what he does often (so you should even start thinking about your open-range!), and you know that he only folds to 4bets in 57% and that he has a tight 5-betting-range. That can only result in one thing: you should 4bet with hands that perform well against his flatting-range: KQs, AQ-AJ, pockets etc. A3s is probably not a good hand to do this with as you´ll be often dominated by bigger Axs. The only advantage is that you kill his flushes in case he has SC´s in his range - but that will be too rare of a case, imho.
Following up on the flop. You say you wanted to go for delayed cbet or let him bluff. On the first glance it just looked like you weren´t sure if you could go for value on two streets because you wouldn´t know what to do if called. After seeing the turn, my suspect kinda gets strengthened. ;)
I don´t like inducing on this board, his range is not as if he´s going to be trapped easily if you check, you won´t fold QQ/KK for one bet, so if you actually decide to x/c on the flop you can never, and I really mean NEVER fold the turn. So, either do sth. different preflop - or now, that you got to the flop with TP in 4bet pot, take your lumps together and bet, shove or x/c, x/c.
Bet $3.20 as played, it keeps your range more balanced and makes the hand easier to play.
On the turn you have a really weak bluffcatcher, he doesn't have many bluffs and he can have 16 combos AK/AQ that he plays like this and he is unlikely to do this with KK-JJ or the few flushdraw/JTs combos that he has. This is a clear fold.
Hence, when the turn becomes a clear fold, you can only call $6.75 on the flop if you have a strong reason to think that he will shut down very often. You don't have that read so you should fold the flop.
CO sizing smells like a cheap way to buy pot control and your UTG 4-bet looks very strong.
You're usually not in good shape here, so a fold is probably best.
His line looks so bluffy. He calls a 4-bet and when you check, he keeps barreling?
I'm not convinced he has too many Ax hands (he shoves AK pre), mybe AQ or AJ, 99?
I wouldn't be happy about it, but his line isn't too believably, I think.
