ZOOM 10NL Challenge Day 4 Hand 2

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (6 Players) BN: $16.16 (Hero)
SB: $17.12
BB: $18.60
UTG: $16.47
MP: $4.85
CO: $10.00
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is BN with 7 8
3 folds, Hero raises to $0.25, SB raises to $0.85, BB folds, Hero calls $0.60
Easy call, even more so because we are 160bb deep
Flop ($1.80) 4 5 K
SB bets $1.15, Hero calls $1.15
No raising range OTF
Turn ($4.10) 4 5 K 5
SB checks, Hero bets $1.29, SB calls $1.29
There is more than one approach to this turn
1 - polarized strategy for bigger sizing with very high X frequency
2 - wide merged betting strategy for small sizing

It is obviously player dependent, but I wonder how people perceive this kind of bet.
River ($6.68) 4 5 K 5 A
SB checks, Hero bets $2.10, SB calls $2.10
Can Kx valuebet on this river, so is a small sizing okay, or do I only want to bet Ax+ for bigger sizing?
IF I have blufs OTR, I feel like mine is the first in line, having 0 SDV.

In the shoes of villain, what would be the worst hand to call OTR?
