Villian doesn't seem nitty at all. I've played a few hands against him to make a read that he might peel me with some suited hands 77/88/99/TT, I'm not sure how accurate I am there.

Flop. I would be check/calling c/r AA, especially if I have Ace of hearts there, sometimes c/c KK there too. Given wet board there I think I'd rather put all of my money on the flop if I had >100bb, but we're a little deep, so I wouldn't fast play anything there.
Turn. His check IP tells me that he more draw heavy, than value.
River. I wouldn't consider calling there if he bet the usual size 50-70% of the pot, but when he overbets it makes me think either he is leveling me or he just doesn't know what to do with his A2s/A5s/56s/67s/KQs. I think if he had any pair there lower than TT he'd check behind, TT/AJ should bet smaller too.
Would you ever call this or this kind of spots are not necessary and you just fold the flop?

I would not be 4betting this hand that deep being OOP. When stacks are deep like this we want to keep the pot small with our non-nutted hands, especially OOP.

Honestly it's super nitty but I would fold the flop given that we have next to no equity and we have so many more suitable hands to defend this with. River is a completely standard fold.

4betting is fine with AQo, we aren't that deep (only 20bb more) and solver/regs use this combo as 4bet semibluff at frequency.

Just fold flop, this hand not suppose to call flop without backdoor. Even AKo here is not doing ton better than breakeven call. If you not sure how to respond/what you should be doing take passive line it is less EV loss

still I believe that's gonna be alright, more looking for fold equity than play OOP postflop. But having strong Ace or Queen in 4bet spot always valuable

I do agree with 4betting there, but calling there also should be +EV play. It's just I have a feeling that villian does 3bet wider, than he should be. So I think against wide 3bet 4bet is always better, as it has a perk of denying equity.

Couldnt the 4bet be bigger given the stacks? I don't think he is folding much preflop being deep and IP.
