Took the standard line, and planning to check-fold. Correct in general? Did not sufficiently take into account villains fishiness, maybe a small cbet in this case would be ok?

Made a mistake with not betting, and was planning to be tricky and vbet the river as I'm not putting him on a flopped draw since he did not bet. Also, as a standard line, I think that TT-JJ will fold if they checked back the flop, but might call a river bet.

Bamboozled by his shove. No idea what to put him on for value. JTs would have bet flop or turn, QQ that maybe xbacked the flop? But a fish could have anything here - maybe shoving some 2p? On the other hand, fish river jams are nut heavy. Anyway, are you calling?

In that case, you are making way too many assumptions about his decision-making. Guy playing 85VPIP just going to click some random buttons, and attempts to trying to figure out how he plays certain parts of his range going to be ineffective and that confusion will create overanalitycal mistakes like not betting turn in that case.
Easy call river, he's gonna spew, he's gonna shove worse value, basically we cannot give only 16combos of JT to a profile that doesnt know what's doin.
Would like bet turn and river, with your line it is good call for sure, would be more interested what to do with AJ, maybe tough herocall.
Yeah i was also thinking about our bluffcatching tresholds and i ended up thinking that i would be really comfortable calling every AX two pairs, but then i dont really know. His raise is really big, it would be kinda tough with AK/AJ.
You did well until the turn.
Bet the turn for value and choose a larger size if you're facing a rec player.
As played I'm very tempted to call vs a fish player.
