VIllain is probably amateur who has been grinding 4tables of z100 for a longer pass this night.
Dont have much hands or any notes on him.

We have one of the best blocker hands. We block the straight and dont have any spades in our hand.
Do we defend here against pretty unknown villain who we dont have any reads on?

Both FD's missed and I'd imagine he bets 66, a6 and 33 on flop at high frequency.
He should 3b kk and ak pre and you block straights so his value range is very narrow.
You don't block spades or diamonds (diamonds he would bluff with).
You are capped hear and near the top of your range so I would call
call
Quick'n dirty Pio analysis, putting you on ~45% open and BB playing Nash vs that pre flop (so his calling range is optimal).
Low CB% for you here (~20%, same for Villain when you check), and the flop is a check. Obligatory turn check-call for Pio, and you are indifferent to calling/folding with < AJ on the river. Anything better than that is a call, while worse top pair hands are mixed call/fold (meaning neither decisions will hurt you readless), so you can exploit with data points (picking up lingo from Nick here) that sways you in one direction or the other.
Thank you for your time and answer.
dicey spot on river
The only value hand that makes sense to me is 22. The trouble is I think it comprises a very large percentage of his overall range here. Your hand looks a lot like Ax after you check flop and check/call turn overbet which makes me think it's a fold on the river. FDs would usually bet the flop. Do we need to worry about overfolding in spots where opponents have very few bluffs in their range?
