In these positions I do not 4bet bluff a lot, but KQs should be the ideal candidate? Villain was running 21/13 on 24 hands, so looks reggish.
In game I thought 33% range bet cant't be too bad, but now I would like a 50% bet and jam on spades turns, otherwise give up. Is anyone already giving up OTF?

Preflop this hand is better as a call. If you want to turn KQ hands into blockers bluffs why not do it sometimes with KQo? Because we're never going to like getting called when we do it with KQ.
Rest is fine.
KQo is just too weak to do anything other than folding in UTG OOP against a 3bet. If it were CO vs BTN, I'd agree more with your ideas but UTG vs CO plays so damn tight that KQs is a low EV flat and works fine as 4bet bluff. I typically split it around 50/50 between call and 4bet. KJs also mix between both call and fold but more weight on the 4bet. I usually only 4bet/fold mix with KTs as it's getting a bit far behind 3bet range to flat.
Interesting. I've been playing KQs as a flat in UTG because it just feels too good to turn into a 4-bet bluff. I was going with OP's logic of 4-bet bluffing with blockers, in which case KQo would be better than KQs. What do you 4-bet bluff UTG vs BTN?
I said we would hate getting flatted, not that we are never being flatted.
Some fraction of AQo. About 50% of KQs, KJs, and KTs. Then you want some fraction of AXs lower than AQ. Typically the ones that can make a straight like AJs, ATs, A5s, and A4s. There are different philosophies for how to go about picking those balancing hands. Some people like to pick a couple and make them pure and other people mix all of them. Ease of implementation vs accuracy and board coverage. Conceptually you just want to pick hands with decent equity vs high pairs, AQs, AJs, and KQs while still being able to hit different high boards. It doesn't help much hitting a 1 pair hand or draw on a low flop when the majority of the caller's range is TT+.

what would you have done differently?
nothing, wp
@10nl KQs is a fold for sure. As played, cbet 1/4 here, accomplishes the same thing as 1/3.
what is your continuing range then facing a 3bet EP vs CO?
I agree.. i played NL10 for a lot of time, recently and i had some 4bet spots with KQ. In the long run on that stakes people dont really know how to act in 4bet spots.. if they have it they play it like a 3bet pot.. and 24 hands, seems short to take a optimal decision there.. as played i fold to a check raise to.. and i think that KQ 4bet spot probably will not be very EV long term..

The earliest you need to defend KQs vs a 3bet is in CO vs BTN 3bet.
