You have a sd/equity, but its a very bad barl spot to begin with cause whatever he called u on flop with he's gonna call u on trn. Either 1 barl and be done, or 3 barl- and that depends on opp & brd texture. but for this board and at these stakes- cbt and be done with it here if called.

I would bet 1/2 pot OTF to give myself cheaper drawing T is blank and It's not good for barelling would go x/decide depening on size of his bet and x/f R if not improved

You x/f this flop too often, so I pefer with this combo. I will bet 20% if time Vs opponent folding to cbet around 50%
