Villain is aggroreg playin 23/21 who loves to raise Cbets...43%! and then barrel turns/rivers like hell. My plan was to X/shove save turns. Given the T i felt pretty bad about this idea cauz i think it hits villains semibluffing range a lot (T9, KJ or QT that he raised for whatever reason). Given the fact that I cant call most rivers i elected to fold this turn.
Should i´ve X/C flop insted of CB?
should i´ve still just call down vs this player as played?
Any other decent options to exploit his tendencies?

I call down here. Villains calling range on BTN is pretty wide and you describe him as a maniac postflop.
Why would you fold if your opponent is perfect to call down against?
If he raises a ton, his range is very weak.
He can value town himself with worse, or raise JT/KT, raise A highs etc.
The T is good for his range because the hands I mentioned got better, and a lot of his A highs pick up equity.
Easy call with TP good kicker, gutshot and a Q blocker.
Calling on most rivers.
Like the cbet. Also like the call given this opponent. I also agree with the turn not being great. I think a fold is fine but I don't hate a call down either.
Something you could do vs this type of player is to widen your 3 betting range on the flop a lot. I know this isn't inline with the usual thoughts one has in this situation where you want to keep villains bluffing range in. But if you do it sufficiently wide with enough semibluff combos I think it's a valid approach and you won't be playing a guessing game as much on later streets and you take back the aggression.
