Winning or Losing play?
A few questions about this hand, should i have just mucked the J10 originally to the guys first re-raise? Was the 5-bet shove justified in this spot, I put the UTG+1 on 99's 10s or JJs and thought he would fold?
I would rely appreciate some insight, and this is my first of hopefully many posts :)

Did SB also have 100BB+?
Assuming SB has a full stack I don't like shoving as both SB and UTG+1 have taken a strong line here and will call you down with QQ+, AK which makes up quite a high % of their range. I would just fold to $26 4-bet.
Btw you have blockers to JJ and TT which significantly reduces the chances UTG+1 has these hands in their range.
You have J 10, so how do you expect him to have JJ 10s when you're blocking some of the combos? Also, I doubt he decides to flat a 4bet with 9s.. I think QQ is like near the bottom of his flatting range there. However, i'm not sure about his call with queens, I don't know your stats but you took a monster line that probably revolves mostly around AKs KK+ (unless you like to bluff a lot in that spot, I don't know..)
Also, why not just call? You're in position with a relatively good multi-way hand.
edit : NVM thought it was TJs.. DEF a fold.
If u have/know the reasons to 3bet pf, ok. But after sb 4bets and utg flatted a cold4b-26$...DEF a fold.
But seriously, shoving TT/JJ is a massive losing play here, TJo is like trowing money on an ignited grill.
Your first 3-bet is ok since since your hand is slightly weaker than you could call the raise with, but once this hand gets 4-bet you must click this nice Quick Fold button that Rush has so there will be no mistake.
