why these call/fold frequencies are so different?

EP opens AsKh, CO flat calls and flop comes Qc Th 9d, turn 2s, river Ad
EP checks, CO bets 1/3 and EP calls.
EP checks, CO bets for 1/3 gain, EP check raises and CO calls.
EP checks and CO bets for 1/2, EP calls

Why these frequencies are so different?

Would want to see the entire sim and the ranges.

At a baseline, if the same hand strength hand is mixed and one is preferred calling over the other it is due to blocker effects.

Usually going to have something to do with blocking BDFD's probably. I would suggest not only checking the strategy but also strategy+ev and I will venture to guess there is very little difference between all of the AK combos.

Not much point checking the ev here as if they are mixed they should be 0ev. If they are mixed and not showing 0 ev, then it is due to error rate in the sim and you should solve it further to analyze.

generally it has to do with suits and blockers and or things you don't block. I'd look at earlier spots in the hand and see what having those cards does to the villain range. Probably weights it just enough to having more bluffs etc if that card isn't in his range.

When a hand mixes between actions those actions should have the same EV. So if it's mixed between folding/something else then it's 0EV regardless - that's a hard principle of NE.

The only reason it mixes is to avoid exploitation. Typically the exact mixture is gonna come down to subtle blocker effects.
