Scenarios: SB 3bets 16% vs. BU's calling range 20%.

1. In the first scenario, there is a strategy where it bets the whole range with a size 33% of pot.
   BU raises 33% of its range. LINK

2.1. In the second scenario, there is a strategy where it bets approximately 50 % of range with a size 50% of pot.
BU raises 1% of its range. LINK

Why it raises in the first scenario and not in the second??
My tips are::
♦In the fisrt scenario we have more value in raising.
♦We allow the opponent to realize too much equity.
