Which street do you fold on?

UTG: $211.10
HJ: $1135.20
CO: $786.50
BN: $204.55
SB: $200 (Hero)
BB: $243.60
Rush poker hand.
Preflop ($3.00) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt Q J
UTG folds, HJ folds, CO folds, BN raises to $4, Hero calls $3, BB folds
I often 3 bet here and struggle with the decision to 3 bet or call. Usually my decision is based on the tendencies of the BB and of course how often the button folds to 3 bets. Button in this hand is opening about 50% on the button and folding to 3 bets 43% of the time over a 1300 hand sample.
Flop ($10.00) 5 Q 6 (2 Players)
Hero checks, BN bets $8, Hero calls $8
Opponent is cbetting the flop 69%
Turn ($26.00) 5 Q 6 T (2 Players)
Hero checks, BN bets $20, Hero calls $20
Turn cbet is 50% so I think he's still got a very wide range here.
River ($66.00) 5 Q 6 T 6 (2 Players)
Hero checks, BN bets $48
River aggression 34% I guess the river decision comes down to how many of his missed draws he follows through with and if he we will value cut himself with worse Q's? Not the greatest run out for him to bluff but my hand seems pretty face up at this point while he can still rep rep pretty much everything.
I feel like I'm being exploited vs an aggressive opponent when I fold the river in these spots but in all likelihood I'm probably not being exploited nearly as much as I think. Thoughts?

I would 3bet preflop unless the BB is a weaker player as I find it is much easier to play 3bet or fold in the SB with a competent BB behind me and I don't think you give up too much expected value by not calling. I agree with tehduper that its a call on the river. I think you played the hand fine
