What's the best way to play the nizzles oop 200+bb deep?

Blinds: $0.25/$0.50 (6 Players) BN: $156.25
SB: $51.14
BB: $73.34
UTG: $21.41
MP: $69.28
CO: $120.75 (Hero)
The btn is a 20/16 over 700 hands. He has seen me run some big bluffs against him deep (I was in position though).
Preflop ($0.75) Hero is CO with Q Q
2 folds, Hero raises to $1.50, BN calls $1.50, 2 folds
Flop ($3.75) 5 A Q
Hero checks
What should the plan be going forward? I realize that stacks aren't going here unless it is a super cooler, but what is the best way to get the most chips in in your opinion? I elected to check because vs a guy this tight I am going to be checking A high boards with my medium pairs. I wanted to give him the chance to potentially value bet hands like AJ, ATs or start trying to bluff some other hands. I think if he bets my best line is to try and go for a xc, xc, xshove depending on his sizing. If he makes some smallish bet on the turn I would likely xr there because I don't think small bets are followed up with a river bet all that often. If he checks back what should be the plan for the turn?
