Opp is a 34/19 fishy guy with 0.8 AF and 39 WWSF though 100 hands, so not much to be said.

I decided to XR flop because ... I have the nutz, and I don't expect a K to go for 3 streets here and also I don't expect Tx to ever fold. And if he has smth like a AJ AQ type of a hand I also expect him to x/back turn a decent amount.

LOL only now I understand that we are winning if he has a QT hand. So we are beaten only by KK (if he is checking back QQ).
