What % of fold to 3-bet makes you not interested in 3-betting light?

What % of fold to 3-bet makes you not interested in 3-betting light?
I mean if someone folds 70%+ than we have autoprofit...
When someone folds rarely (maybe ~40%) than we should really go for linear range 3-betting maybe top 6-8-10% depending on villains RFI.
Like what is your ranges BB vs BTN w RFI 45% and fold to 3-bet:
0-40% = Linear top 10%
40-55% = Linear top 8%
55-85% = Polarized, AK,TT+ for value, else bluffs suited stuff
85-100% = Bluffs only, no value in 3-bets w TT+?
