What does your review session routine look like?
Hello,
I am wondering how you guys go about reviewing your sessions and how often. Currently I have only implemented taking notes of hands I want to review after my session and then going through them. But I feel that many hands that I "should" be reviewing are being missed due to only my personal perspective of what my leaks are. As well, when looking through my stats on pokertracker I know for example currently I have a leak in aggression IP vs. OOP. I used to be really loose and aggressive but lately I've come to a point where my AF looks way too low especially IP which is bad b/c you want to be stealing more pots IP... Despite knowing this leak I am not sure how to zone into it more and really figure out in what kind of situations and on which streets I am making the biggest mistakes. Could you guys give me some tips/hints on how to review better? Thanks!

After i've stopped crying i just stare at the screen blankly... kidding
1) look at any tough hands and post them OR do some personal analysis OR both
2) How did i perform in key areas i've been working on? i usually have marked hands sections for those, i have 7: Too Thin, Continuing with Ace high or small pairs, FPS MGoP Tilt, Tough Spot, worst card in the deck, cbet or check?, and... oh, multiway problems
so in your case i would make a marked hands section for "IP when checked to" then begin collecting many hands and see what patterns you see, or post the hands or both
3) i look at my session as a whole and decide how well i played, how well did i perform under pressure, my focus, discipline, A B C game etc my non showdown winnings, variance
