SB: $43.20
BB: $100
HJ: $114.02
Preflop ($1.50) (5 Players)
Hero was dealt A Q
HJ folds, CO raises to $3.50, Hero raises to $19
Hi, So this villain is 60/35 guy

Co Steal @ 40% with fold to 3b under 20%

Postflop he is quite aggressive and cally with weaker hands.

In this spot is it better to 3b a large amount like $19, or 3b something like $25 and shove everyflop? or 3b a smaller amount like $12 and outplay him postflop?

Also, if he has a large donkbet, how does this change your strategy?

I think you're just risking way too much preflop, especially with the blinds left to act. I mean, is this guy really not folding to 3b at all? BvB this might be better (if you're sure he'll call with dominated hands). I think a raise to $11-12 would be more acceptable here.

Since he s only 84bb deep plus the fact that he s agro plus we are in position i would only 3 bet to somethinl like 9 or 10
I want to keep small to lose less when he will bluf. I want to 3 bet to isolate and play for stacks. I also want to use my position so i 3 bet small

All of this makes sense. Even recreational players are getting better these days and bombing your 3 bets vs them with strictly value hands is going to be fairly obvious to most of them. Additionally, you're going to want to isolate the weaker players a lot and using this sizing doesn't work very well with the weaker parts of your isoing range as it builds pots that are far too big preflop and makes you lose way too much when you get re-isoed by other regs.
