Thats not a question you should be asking. Thats not even a question that can be properly answered cuz it doesnt make sense without context. You won't become a good player by trying to achieve a certain stat in a certain spot. Also you didn't provide any parameters like, what are the positions, board textures, sizing. So that shows a lack of understanding of the game. You should be focusing on making good decisions. When you start improving your understanding of the game, you will be more aware of the incentives to raise more (or less) and your stat will naturally change towards a more optimized frequency (and I mean optimized in a sense that you will be getting closer to maximizing EV).
i dont think this is completely true. 0% its most definately as wrong as c/raising 50% an a big sample in regular NLHE 100bb cashgame.
and if you´re looking for stats at your oponents hud to exploit or to adapt to, i think its a very viable question. like "What c/raise % on the flop is normal, what is too much -> When should i adjust my cbet frequency" and so on.
Agreed with the above. Aiming to play correctly will lead you to an optimal raising %, aiming for an optimal number does not make you play correctly.
Also, if you're asking in order to know whether opponents that you're playing are check raising a lot or not very much, the amount that people continuation bet in your games will have a pretty big effect on that. I would mess around with a solver in a bunch of spots and see how often it recommends raising in different spots and then seeing how all of those numbers together (Flop Cbet %, fold %, raise %) compare to what you see at the tables.
Before, i never check raised rainbow flops but now days it becomes more often from opponent. When i do check raise rainbow flops as well my check raise flop % is 25 % and thats very high. A check raise above 18 % could be very exploiting for opponent?
When i try to play more optimal poker my aggression factor is about 1,2 and thats a bit passive? But my check raising procent is more standard like 10 %.
It's more common now because people are no longer c-betting flop with polarized ranges for bigger sizings. Instead, they're betting frequently for a small sizing when they have a range advantage so raising flops makes a lot more sense with this meta game.
10%
Thank you!
This is like asking, how often should an NBA player shoot the 3? You do it when it calls for it. Depends on the player, game, situation, hand, flop etc....
