I have been seeing people throw this term "dominated strategy" around like it's a buzz phrase, but I haven't seen anyone explain it. Does it just mean a strategy that can be exploited, or a sub-optimal strategy? Why do people suddenly feel qualified to call certain lines "dominated strategies" without explaining any further than that?
