Weird spot with KQs | NL5 Zoom

Blinds: $0.02/$0.05 (6 Players) BN: $5.02
SB: $5.00 (Hero)
BB: $2.08
UTG: $5.08
MP: $19.27
CO: $10.58
Preflop ($0.07) Hero is SB with K Q
UTG folds, MP calls $0.05, CO raises to $0.25, BN folds, Hero calls $0.23, BB folds, MP folds
Villain was 19/5 over 42 hands
Flop ($0.60) K J Q
Hero checks, CO checks
Turn ($0.60) K J Q 5
Hero bets $0.30, CO raises to $1.47, Hero raises to $4.75 and is all in, CO calls $3.28
River ($10.10) K J Q 5 7

When he checks back on the flop he probably doesnt have AK or AA, since those hands would probably CBet. Looking back at this hand, he would probably check back the flop and check raise the turn with either a set (Most likely JJ) or AT, and both have me beaten.
Considering this is NL5 Zoom, should I have fold to that check raise on the turn?

On the turn your bet is fine, I think you can go bigger (40-45 cents) with your value hands and with your semi-bluffs (Tx and clubs).

When CO checks the flop and raises the turn, at this stake, could be:
- AT. 16 combos. I would bet, but, you know, there are slowplay fans out there)
- T9: 16 combos, or 4 combos if it's only T9s
- KK. Makes more sense cause he's blocking part of your calling range. But we have a K so only 1 combo of KK in his range.
- 55. 3 combos
- Other strange stuff like top pair no kicker or better. But QJ, JJ and QQ I think they bet flop more than checking. I'm thinking more of K9s, K8s.
- Some clubs draw. However many players would just call instead of raising.

So I would not fold on the turn, but I prefer to call the turn raise to keep his bluffs in. Out of position however your shove is not so terrible and if opponent is sticky could bluff catch with worse. But he would lay down clubs draw.

Just to clarify, he is not check/raising, he has position and can't check raise. He is simply raising your turn stab.

This is a tough board because, in a way, you both have it smashed. By bet/3 betting this board, you are more often than not going to isolate yourself against a very strong range

I am almost thinking check/calling turn might be best. When you bet this turn and get raised, it puts you in a tough spot since he has all the nutted hands in his range (5 combos of sets, 8 if you include 55 which I doubt is in his PF range but could certainly be played this way post flop and he has all 4 combos of AT). I would not expect him to be raising turn here with AK, AA and his turned FD's but I can definitely see him betting them if you check. You aren't drawing dead against his sets and pairs since a K or Q is most certainly going to give you the best hand (aside from him having the 1 combo of KK)
