Weird spot vs weird line in nlhe orbit mixed games

Blinds: $5.00/$10.00 (4 Players) SB: $334.58
BB: $201.35
CO: $1310.02
BN: $1866.72 (Hero)
Preflop ($15.00) Hero is BN with T T
CO calls $10.00, Hero raises to $30.00, 2 folds, CO calls $20.00
Mixed games NLHE orbit. In general i don't think there are a ton of nlhe specialists playing these mixed games and i would feel most guys are way too loose and aggressive with their hands.
Villain limps on co 4 handed and with short stacks on the blinds. I have no reads on this guy and what hands could he be doing it with . i don't think it make sense to raise any bigger in position for protection as i could induce some spazz jam from the blinds.
Flop ($75.00) Q Q 7
CO checks, Hero bets $44.10, CO calls $44.10
Turn ($163.20) Q Q 7 2
CO checks, Hero bets $97.02, CO calls $97.02
I think i will like to bet for value given i'm pretty ahead vs a wide range. Could check rivers on bad runouts.
River ($357.24) Q Q 7 2 9
CO bets $10.00, Hero raises to $133.99, CO raises to $390.00, Hero calls $256.01
I'm not sure why would he donk bet 1 bb on river when every draw misses. It almost look like a blocker bet given he shouldn't be bluffing with that line. Does it make sense for me to raise the river with my sizing? I shouldn't be bluffing a lot with my sizing as well and then he bet 3 bets here. I'm utterly confused and i could not put him on a hand. Standard call off?

Pretty cool hand..
The funny this is that if he checks the river u r prolly checking back and since he bet 1BB it feels like it's given u the information that he doesnt have a queen and somehow trying to block u from betting with maybe a 9cxc or 7x, and coz of that u raised which kind of makes sens somehow and od the other hand doesnt make any sens for u to raise if ur plan was to check back river.

In any case, i can relate to that 1BB bet and ur raise there, once he shoves i'm def calling, i dont know if that's the right move, but the hand played out so weird i cant help myself..

if he bets 1BB to induce a bluff that pretty geinus no matter what any1 says :) coz i think u r checking back the river most of the time with showdown and bluffing either way with your air + prolly in a higher frequency once he bets that.

but i still expect to see a weird A9o there.

Don't think you can ever call the 3b river ; it looks so nutted after the minbet. Looks like a typical 'induce spazz' line.
Don't know if you should raise the minbet river: with no info it's very suspicious and it's not as if vilain was a random minbettor from NL25 ; he should roughly know what he's doing.
As for earlier streets, I would probably not 2 barrel (would often check back flop I believe). But that's me, some people would barrel and I find it absolutely fine as well.

I believe villain's minbetting range is split into two main groups: 1. A9ss, K9ss, 98ss, A9cc, etc. and 2. 99. Since you block T9ss, you should probably just call here, because that's one less combo you could get value from by raising. If you had red TT I wouldn't mind a raise so much, but either way you should fold to the 3bet because it's almost always 99, or occasionally a different weirdly played nutted hand. No one is turning naked 9x into a bluff, and your range is not capped.

You are either way ahead (against his pocket pairs, one pair hands and missed draws) or way behind (limped Qx combos). I'd call minbet on the river, which would be consistent with our original plan or checking back river.
