Weird spot on turn - check/r on flop and turn.

Really embarrassed about the river call, knowing i was beat there 9 times out of 10. I feel my play on earlier streets could have been different.

First thoughts are possibly, 3betting flop, or jamming turn. Any insights welcomed.
