Weird preflop spot - 100nl

CO: $107.89
BN: $101 (Hero)
SB: $116.87
BB: $100
UTG: $115.70
HJ: $187.03
Preflop ($1.50) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt Q A
UTG folds, HJ folds, CO folds, Hero raises to $2, SB raises to $7.50, BB raises to $17
Ok so sb is 3b'ing 11% of hands in sb and 16% of the time vs the BN so obviously his range is pretty wide
BB has a 4b of 12% so im assuming his range is pretty wide too and this is a really good spot for him to be 4b'ing light

Now, im not folding i dont think but the question is how to continue here, the 4b is very small making my 5b jam seem pretty huge to win not a lot

Do i still jam anyway or does making a small 5b achieve anything

I feel like flatting the 4b is never really a great plan?
leaves us in weird spots when we
A) go 3 way
B) get shoved on by sb and have to fold
opinions on that? :)

Probably nit picking about sizing and being silly but hey :)
