Went to the river with villain betting all 3 streets big. Opponent has very few combos of miss fd bluffs and few combos of strong value hands. I occasionally chop vs AQ and value owning vs him if he is a bad player .I 'm kind of high up in my range with this board run out too. Can we get exploited here by calling or folding here?

Why aren't we full stacked?
I'd say it really hinges on your reads of villain, his UTG opening range, and any other stats related to post-flop barreling.
We block the Qc which really takes away a lot of his bluffing combos (QT-KQs).
Villain can have every boat, quads, and straight in his range still.
Barring a strong read that villain is spewy I'd fold.
This is a spot where villain could bluff a lot (not saying he does) because if you're thinking about folding AQ(which is the top of your range), you're basically never calling. I would make the exploitable fold because I don't expect people to bluff often but theoretically you have to call this.
AQ is far to be "top of our range", we got quads, 44, AA and AK...
Flatting all our low pockets versus UTG cant be profitable in this game can it?
I'd nit it up and fold but call AQ without a club blocker.
