So, villain is on SB, got on him 262 samples.
Open range: 35/24
PostflopAgrression: 3.4
3bet stats: 11% (12/110)
My thinking: facing a 3 bet from a pretty lose, aggressive player IP, calling his 3 bet with intention to call his flop c-bet only if i hit open ended, flush draw or better.

To keep it simple: Yes, J9s BTN vs SB 3bet is a "standard" call. You will want to call a c-bet often when you hit a pair (most boards, some exceptions maybe) or you'll be overfolding.
Unlucky hand, it happens.
Edit: Also note that his sizing is small for OOP 3bet, you'll want to call even more combos.
Thanks, very useful informations.
As villain seems to be pretty aggro, we could also raise turn imo.
We have enough equity to gii vs his shoving range i guess and might have some FE vs AJ/AK.
