No stats, no reads on villain, but he's from Finland, and this is Zoom. Obv pretty strong when villain c-bets pot and then snap shoves turn, but I actually block the majority of his value hands. He's got 3 combos of AA, 6 of KK, 1 of QQ, and 3 of JJ. Can't see him 3betting 9Ts that often OOP, and even that is only 4 combos. If he's taking this crazy line with AKs, that's 3 combos, AKo is 12, together that makes 15. I don't really see him 3betting QJs often either, but even that is only 2 combos. I started to overthink this a bit when he overbet the turn. Is this just a snap fold, or is there merit in calling this guy readless?

Readless, and with the given positions it seems like villain tries to protect a made hand rather than semibluff himself. In my experience you are behind here most of the time. I'd fold.
interesting line by villain. If villain is balanced with a range iof flush draws and sets and overpairs, then I think we would be pretty indifferent to calling or folding, so wouldn't matter much what we do. Given he is from Finland, we have to take into consideration their aggro style and maybe make a light call down here.
This is 25nl I highly doubt villian is balancing his 3b bet over bet line.
Think I fold here.
We are getting around 38% odds.
If he has a value range of: aa, kk, 1/2 qq aqs, aqo.
We need a bluff range of: Aks, 1/4 ako.
I don't see bluffs this often.
If this sort of thing happens again look and see how many Zoom tables villain is playing. People rarely mention it when they post Zoom hands where they have no reads on villain but i think it's decent information, cos if villain is playing 4 tables then he has more decisions to make in less time. If he's one tabling all his attention is on this hand...no distractions. Factor in timing. How long did he tank street to street? If a guy 4 tabling Zoom is making quick decisions, it means he has standard spots or is folding on the other tables and is focused on this hand.
I know when i play Zoom sometimes there's moments in each session when I have decisions on each table and i get pushed for time and realize I have a couple of seconds before i time out, in those spots the first thing that goes is my bet sizing (once I decide i'm not folding). Not saying that's the case here, but some of the time, especially at the micros, i think Villains find themselves in close/difficult spots, don't quite know what's optimal and just stick it in. EG: i can see a recreational player taking this line with JJ.
When you take a quick break during the session, pull up some of the hands where villain has won the pot (takes two seconds on Stars) and see if you get info from that. I appreciate this ain't helping with this hand but, in future, it's a quick easy way of getting valuable info when you don't have many/any hands on villain. And it can give you peace of mind, which has value.
Seems like a fold. Sucks to call and hit a good flop for your hand and have to fold but I think this is a fold.
Highly doubt that a lot of 25NL players 3-bet lightly BB vs HJ. Thks looks like an overpair/set and occasionally a FD. He onky has AKhh to make this play with.
4-betting as a bluff is probably better than calling.
