Very interesting river bluff shove spot, thoughts??

Hi all, i played a Zoom session just there, was 4 tabling $0.50/1, i think i bluff jammed like 3 time on the river (just happened to have a hand that was in bluffing range, and ran in to nuts each time lol.)
Anyways, i thought this was by FAR the most interesting hand, i am currently using pokercuncher and analysing the hand, giving both of us decent ranges, these are the 2 ranges i gave both of us: (FWIW i would ALWAYS flat KK here but I'm going to leave it out of my range just to be a little easier, and give him a little of a stronger range as he was the 3 bettor.)
combos will be in brackets
Villain: AA(6) AKs (2) AQs(2) KK (3) KQs (1) KJs (1) KTs (2) TT (3) (20 combos total)
i think Villain has hardly any bluffs on this river, so i just gave him 2 random AQs combos (one turning clubs on turn, maybe could add some other Axs combos that bluff turn but I'm just gonna leave it like this just now, he was a more 'normal' reg also.)
Me: 33 (3) 55 (3) 66 (3) 76s (3) TT (3) KTs (2) A4s (2) (19 combos)
these are just the combos i get to river with and want to jam.
as i am giving Villain 28% pot odds i need to have 28% bluffs of my 19 combos, so 5.32 combos. for simplicity i'll round this to 5 combos lol. i ALWAYS plays both 76s and A4s as call/ calls on flop/turn so these are the combos i bluff jam. bad thing with jamming A4s is that i block AA/AK, both of which i want him to have MORE combos of as my sets beat them obv.
Okay, so having looked at all of this and thought about this, should i even have a jamming range on this river??
Like it seems by the time we get to the river i have lots of low sets, and he has both big sets plus strong top pairs/ AA. However when i jam my sets he should be folding most top pairs/ most AA combos and call KK, TT, KTs roughly.
If i have 3s do i even want to jam this river??
In the moment i thought it was pretty much the perfect bluffing combo i could possibly have when it gets to the river, i don't block flush draws for him which could turn in to rivered top pairs and now has to be a value bet- as i have more Tx, JJ/QQ combos than sets, at least i think i do. So he should find a value bet with Kx too.
I think this is a VERY fascinating hand and id love to hear peoples opinions, and hopefully a couple RIO Pro's also.
Thanks guys :)
