Unique spot : Pot controlling the nuts on the turn in NL ?!?

Action takes place in a 9 handed live game, blinds are 5/5 but plays pretty deep (everybody has around 3 or 4k at least). Villain is a pretty poor player who can almost play any 2 cards (especially suited crap like J4s etc), is pretty sticky postflop, but is also unpredictable and will attack weakness if he is in position.

Villain has about 6k in front of him, I cover.

I put a live straddle of 10$, 3 people limp in (Villain limped in from mid position, and yes, lots of people limp in that game haha $$$), both blinds complete, I check my option with 43o.

Flop comes 256 with two hearts (5 and 6 of hearts).

Both blinds check, I check, the two limpers check, Villain bets 45 into 60, Blinds fold, I raise it up to 180, limpers fold, now Villain click it back to 360...

From what I saw from him, his range here seems to be 2 pairs, sets, straight, or a flush draw with overcards.

First thing that came to my mind : If I 4bet flop, whatever this guy has, he is NEVER folding, and he will almost always call only with his whole range (except the straight), so, yes I' m building a huge pot with the nuts, but Turn and River are gonna be a hell of a headache to play OOP with an uncomfortable stack to pot ratio. How can I play if the board pairs, or a heart hits ?

I was just curious to hear some advice about possible lines.

In the actual hand, I decided to give up some EV and gain in playability (and deception) and opted to call. Turn came a 2 offsuit. What's your plan ?
