folding means your only calling with AA, and Aq. at 25 cent/50 cent i would never fold
ScubaStve from Cake???
lock poker .50/1 heads up - ya thats me
much respect.....
Railed you over there a few times....
I'd call with AK when we don't have a club. 2x combinations are non-existent, AA/QQ 4bets preflop and most people would not raise AQ IP, because why would they?
reads/stats would help soooooooooooo much
The guy is a reg which defends quite a bit vs 3bets (fold to 3bet less than 30% in all positions). All in all hes quite aggressive especially raising vs cbets. he also has 26% wtsd and 50% w$@sd. The more i think about it the more stupid a fold would be especially when i dont block flushdraws.
I see no reason for a reg to have a raising range here. He should call all his valuehands.
That being said I don't think we can fold here. This looks more like a FD than anything else tbh.
I think it is a call, just too few hands that you lose to.
From V's perspective if he's shoving with a FD are you calling with worse: no; are you folding better? Your range should be pretty strong when you 3 b pre then bet bet this board. The answer depends on how your opponent views your range.
Actually, if he feels you view him as aggressive here he might feel like your range could be wide pre
Agree with this. I'd have checked the turn and call/bet the river.
I can't see too many FD combos in his range that have called a SQZ and an Axx flop. Do you think he's going to call that flop with 89s ,T9s, JTs or KJs and then shove turn when you fire the second barrel? I don't think so, honestly.
I'd didn't actually see that you squeezed pre, how many hands do you havs with btn and what is your squeeze from BB? Your squeeze sizing was a little small also and btn might have called expecting SB to also call making his range quite wide.
I'd bet smaller and fold to a jam, not thinking twice about it tbh
