I only had 60 hands on this guy but he had a wooping 20% 3bet and 24/19 stats so I already expect some wild moves from this dude XD.

Imo flop and turn are must calls because we have a lack of 2x in our range and he can exploit that. We would rarely be drawing to the bottom end straigh facing a psb on the flop. Anyway I think since usually these guys with the high 3bet% are also a bit aggressive postflop flop and turn should be fine... can't be too bad in the longrun because even if he has the nuts we still draw and may have some IO too.

on the river tho my call could be -EV. I was calling in hopes of seeing him turn missed hearts and 6x into a bluff, not sure though if that is actually the case.

How would you solve this river maybe also given population tendencies?
