BB: $114.96 (Hero)
UTG: $267.88
HJ: $116.67
CO: $161.94

Hero was dealt T J
UTG folds, HJ folds, CO folds, BN folds, SB raises to $3, Hero calls $2
Flop ($6.50) 9 K T (2 Players)
SB bets $4, Hero calls $4
Turn ($14.50) 9 K T K (2 Players)

SB bets $15

Villain is totally unknown...pre/Flop/turn is all standard i guess...But what OTR vs villains sizing??? This sizing screams so much value but i feel like im top of my range and shouldnt fold....he might target some QX/JX that just peeled twice?

I don't think turn is as standard as u think. The K is perceived to be a good card for your range, and therefore I think it shuts down his bluffing frequency a lot. Like if u have AQ here, would you bet again if u are villain? I would strongly consider folding turn, and def fold river as played since I don't think he is bluffing ever here or valuebetting worse. If u wanna do something else compared to folding I think raising is best, since he can def have stronger Tx, JJ, QQ that might all fold to a raise, but given fact that I think people are very suspicious blind vs blind, I would just fold.

I don't think you're at the top of your range. Except for some busted draws, it seems more like the bottom to me. You can definitely have flushes, Kx, better Tx as well as some slow played boats. What worse hands do you have here? AJ? J9? Q9? T8?

+1, we're calling the turn and not feeling great about it so when villain bets the river again on a card we could improve on but don't  I think we should fold.

yeah, this definitely shouldnt be the top of your range. If he wasnt a total unkown its potentially a spot you could bluff raise, because his bet while potentially screaming value, doesnt really seem like a nutted hand. Id expect a bigger bet out of a flush or boat targeting Kx instead of hoping you call Tx, and you are at the bottom of your range.  As it stands tho I would just fold.
