Easy fold without reads. He has to be barreling with a lot of air for calling to be profitable.
I'd call. This hand is the best Kx-hand we can call with and I think it's a bit too exploitable to fold all of our Kx.
The best Kx hand? I think you misread the board
It is the best Kx relatively speaking. We shouldn't have any Kx in our range that beat villains valuebets, so it doesn't matter how strong our Kx is, only blockers matter. So K7 > KT for example, because we block 77/Q7.
Makes sense. Still, I'm pretty confident that villain never has a bluff here. People's barreling frequencies drop a lot when the middle card pairs, so he will be checking/giving up a decent chunk of his bluffing range OTT. And then OTR his sizing is screaming for a call. Another population tendency is to go big as a bluff to try maximize fold equity.
Were losing to any hand he could possibly be betting for value. A lot of queens will bet flop to take it down right there. Once he gets called on flop and picks up equity on the turn he is going to keep barreling. His range is basically KQ AK AA or maybe KJ in some extreme cases. He probably wouldn't barrel a third time without a king or queen or over pair. Pretty standard fold.
