I failed to notice how nitty villian was at the time so the river decision doesn't seem as close as I originally thought, but I cannot be sure:

I would never expect many people to bluff river here vs an UTG range that has called all streets.
My range does seem capped when I only flat call the flop raise and turn barrel so I guess that is a reason for him to continue. But the run out doesn't really affect my calling range too much.
I failed to realize how nitty villian was at the time so maybe river is a definite fold.
For value I am only worried about AQ/QQ/JJ/KTs?
Something like Tc9c/QcTc is possible but I am not sure if he flat those preflop.
