Turn/river sizing?

BN: $3437.24 (Hero)
SB: $3097.59
BB: $1178.50
CO: $2072.80
Villian is a very aggresive but good reg who doesn't like to fold.
Preflop ($15.00) (4 Players)
Hero was dealt 7 5
CO folds, Hero raises to $20, SB raises to $75, BB calls $65, Hero calls $55
Easy call, given the pot odds.
Flop ($230.00) 3 4 6 (3 Players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets $135, SB calls $135, BB folds
Weeeeeeeee
Turn ($500.00) 3 4 6 J (2 Players)
SB checks, Hero bets $426.12, SB calls $426.12
Villians range is pretty capped on this turn, and I want to apply maximum pressure with some hands in my range.
Do I overbet this hand, sets and FDs on the turn, or should I wait until the river?
River ($1352.24) 3 4 6 J K (2 Players)
SB checks, Hero bets $2039.98, SB folds
I don't think Villian ever has 75s and probably no sets but JJ/KK either, so should I just bet the maximum I can bet? According to Sauce, I should be. However, I'm not sure he'll give me credit for being able to barrel off this deep with enough bluffs.

But if I want him to hero call, I beter be as polarized as possible, right?

So jam, overbet like I did here, or perhaps bet smaller?
Final Pot
Hero wins $1345.74
