Turning TPGK into bluff on 4 card straight?

4 folds, Hero raises to $0.70, BB raises to $2.25, Hero calls $1.55

Hero checks, BB checks

Hero bets $2.19, BB calls $2.19

Hero checks, BB bets $4.32, Hero folds

Is there any way to play this hand differently?
Villain is playing 25/20/9 over 143 hands, 0/1 3b SB vs BB.
Would you expect villain to call with a T if I x/jam river? Or would you call with a random T when you get x/r AI?
I would play QT pretty much the same way, but thats not a lot of combos :D
And out of curiosity, anyone calling river? I did not see many bluffs with his line and would guess that missed hearts would bet larger to represent more of a polarized range.
